• CHANGES DUE TO DEFECTS OR DAMAGE •
Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your accessory is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong accessory, so we can assess the problem and correct it.
• RETURNS •
Returns will be accepted within the first 3 days after receipt of your accessories. This means that on day 3, the accessory you want to return must already be on its way to La Casa de Emma with its respective tracking number of the mail of your choice.
The cost for the return shipment will be borne by the buyer and it is recommended that you send the accessories with a tracking guide, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
In order to return an accessory, it must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
* You will need to contact us prior to submitting a return so that we can provide you with your "return number". Please contact us via email at LACASADEEMMAROSA@GMAIL.COM or by phone at (213) 425-4998 as accessories that are returned without first requesting the return electronically or by phone will not be accepted.
- Accessories purchased on sale will be exempt from returns.
